Where do you deliver to?          
I can deliver anywhere in the UK within 2 days with a careful and reliable
courier - DHL. Delivery to Northern Ireland and the Scottish highlands will cost more.

How much does delivery cost?                                                                          All my prices on this site include the delivery charge, so the price you see is the price you pay. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Scottish highlands will incur additional costs.

How do I order?
You can place an order using the order form on this site - just let me know what item, colour and themes you're interested in. We can then chat about your ideas and come up with a design together before you pay for your box.

How do I pay for my item?
I usually ask for half of the total cost upfront as a deposit, then will email you photos when your item is finished. I will then ask for the other half before I arrange delivery. I accept payment through Paypal.

Can I pay by any other means?
Yes, Paypal accepts all credit cards, I can accept cash sent securely and cheques but will need the full amount up front. I will also accept bank transfers.

How long will my order take?
I aim to have your order to you within three weeks. However, it sometimes takes longer (at busy times like Christmas). If you have a specific date you need your item by - such as a birthday or christening - let me know, and I'll be sure it reaches you on time.

Will my item come assembled?
All my items come fully assembled and ready to use, apart from the tables - it's safer to send these without the legs attached, so I include instructions and screws to attach them, they're very easy to assemble!

Will my item be varnished?
Yes, I give all my items a several coats of tough satin varnish so that they are protected from everyday wear and tear. It also means you can clean the box with a mild detergent.

Do you have other items available which aren't on your site?
I'm always open to suggestions and new ideas for items to paint! If you have a specific item you're after, then please get in touch and I'll do my best to get hold of it for you.

Are you able to match an existing design or colour?
Yes, if you send me pictures of any items or schemes you already have I will match this i can also match existing colour schemes in your child's room.     

Can I have my item delivered to someone else's address?
Yes,  If you want, I can include a personal message from you and deliver to any address in the UK. I will also gift wrap for an additional charge.

What paints do you use?
I use acrylic, and emulsion paints, coated with a tough satin varnish.

When are your items delivered?
Your item will be with you the day after I send it, between Monday to Friday. Please confirm if your delivery address if it's different to that on your PayPal account.
